You are hereby notified that an action to foreclose liens has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida with case style of Pinellas County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida v. The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and All Other Parties Claiming an Interest by, through, under or against The Estate of Patsy A. Piechocki, Deceased, et al, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, David A. Barrera, Esq., Pinellas County Attorney's Office, 315 Court Street, 6th Floor, Clearwater, FL 33756, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court by the same date, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The real property at issue in this case is legally described as: Lot 1, Block F, Pleasure World Park Unit 1, according to the or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 69, Pages 73 and 74, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with 1973 Doublewide Mobile Home ID # 12920A and ID # 12420B, address: 6003 137th Avenue North, Clearwater, FL 33760, Parcel ID: 05-30-16-72258-006-0010.
