NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on November 1, 2024 and entered in Case No. 22-005361-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FAYE HASENSTAUB AND THEODORE F. HASENSTAUB, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 16, 2025 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK G, SEMINOLE LAKE VILLAGE 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9728 GROVELAND ST., SEMINOLE, FL 33772 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
