NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2025, entered in Civil Case No. 23-007939-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VIII-B, is Plaintiff and EXPANSION PROPERTIES INTERNATIONAL, LLC; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on July 30, 2025 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 40 FEET OF LOT 8 AND NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 1, SETCHELL'S ADDITION TO SETCHELL'S NORTH SIDE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
