NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING ON TRANSMITTAL OF AMENDMENT TO
FLAGLER COUNTY
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Pursuant to Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, and Section 2.07.00, Flagler County Land Development Code, the Board of County Commissioners hereby gives notice of its intent to transmit the following Ordinance affecting the unincorporated area of Flagler County, including one or more of the following Elements and titled similar to:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF FLAGLER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE UPDATE TO THE 2010-2035 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO BE KNOWN AS THE 2025-2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 163.3184, FLORIDA STATUTES; AMENDING AND ADOPTING EXHIBIT A - FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT; EXHIBIT B - TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT; EXHIBIT C - HOUSING ELEMENT; EXHIBIT D - INFRASTRUCTURE ELEMENT; EXHIBIT E - COASTAL MANAGEMENT ELEMENT; EXHIBIT F - CONSERVATION ELEMENT; EXHIBIT G - RECREATION AND OPEN SPACE ELEMENT; EXHIBIT H - INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATION ELEMENT; EXHIBIT I - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENT; EXHIBIT J - ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ELEMENT; EXHIBIT K - PUBLIC SCHOOL FACILITIES ELEMENT; AND EXHIBIT L - PROPERTY RIGHTS ELEMENT; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
A public hearing on the above-captioned matter will be held as follows:
FLAGLER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - Regular Meeting on July 14, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Flagler County Government Services Building, Board Chambers, 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Bldg. 2, Bunnell, Florida, 32110.
The public hearing will be for the purpose of transmittal of amendments to one or more of the Elements listed in the above caption.
Copies of the proposed amendments, their supporting data and analysis, staff reports and other pertinent information are available for review Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at:
