Final Judgment was awarded on June 5, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2023CA000364000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and ALYNTHIA BRISBANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALYNTHIA BRISBANE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- DEPARTMENT OF; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PARRISH MCCALL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

BEING A PORTION OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
