NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024 CC 004798 of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BELLA PIAZZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF DAVENPORT, INC. is Plaintiff, and IVY'S FINEST LLC are Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.polk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 A.M., on the 9th day of July, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
