NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY
THE MANDARIN GROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Mandarin Grove Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop rules establishing rates and rules related to the District's amenity facilities.

The purpose and effect of the rates is to provide for efficient and effective District operations by setting rates and rules to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 120.54 and 120.81, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on August 7th , 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Country Inn & Suites located at 5610 Manor Hill Ln, Bradenton, FL 34203.
