We would like to invite you to virtually attend a neighborhood workshop to discuss the development of a 36 Unit Multi-family Complex and 100,000 sf Self Storage Facility to be located at 5605 53rd Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34203. Mr. John Cavoli, P.E. of CAVOLI Engineering, Inc. will be hosting the meeting to discuss the development plans for the subject property. The purpose of the meeting is to inform neighboring residences about the proposed development plan and to seek comments. The subject site is zoned 'PD-MU'. The intent of this meeting is to present how the buildings, landscaping, parking and other infrastructure will be modeled to accommodate the neighboring area.
