AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4, 515.6 FEET; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4, 86.4 FEET; THENCE WEST 515.9 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE WEST 25 FEET FOR ROAD EASEMENT AND SOUTH 20 FEET FOR ROAD EASEMENT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
