YESSIN REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED THE 28TH DAY OF APRIL, 2003, IF LIVING AND IF DECEASED, ANY SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES OF THE JEAN W. YESSIN REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED THE 28TH DAY OF APRIL, 2003; and JEAN W. YESSIN REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED THE 28TH DAY OF APRIL, 2003
The property herein described is as follows:
Lot 63, COREY'S LANDING, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 11, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
With an address of: 3555 Mistletoe Lane, Longboat Key, Florida 34228.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, COREY'S LANDING ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is Lobeck & Rowe, PA, 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER SARASOTA EDITION.
