NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on February 4, 2025 and entered in Case No. 29-2024-CA-002811 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TEQUILA WILLIAMS AND EDWARD T. WILLIAMS, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR CRIST, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on July 16, 2025 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 254, FERN CLIFF, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1612 E NOME ST., TAMPA, FL 33604 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
