NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 23-CA-014561 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE IT TRUST 2004-1, Plaintiff, and NORMAN A. SMITH A/K/A NORMAN SMITH; GWENDOLYN F. SMITH; J.P. MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., S/B/M CHASE MANHATTAN BANK USA, N.A.; WALDEN LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUTTON WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT I/UNKNOWN TENANT NOW KNOWN AS ARIEL WILSON, are Defendants.
VICTOR D. CRIST, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of August, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2, WALDEN LAKE UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
