NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2025, and entered in 23-CA-001799 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DELORES REID; SALEEM SALAAM; HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TECHNOLOGY CREDIT UNION; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; MV REALTY PBC, LLC are the Defendant(s). Victor Crist as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 16, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
