NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the UNIFORM FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE entered on June 14, 2025, in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Office of Victor D. Crist, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, shall sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 32, CYPRESS PARK GARDEN HOMES I, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, page 33; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4049, page 628, as amended in Official Records Book 4203, Page 227, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on:
August 1, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
