LASCELLES, INDIVIDUALLY and AS TRUSTEE OF THE RONALD F. LASCELLES TRUST DATED 4/27/2016, is the Plaintiff and EDWIN OMAR TORRES and BEVERLYN ROLON are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on August 14, 2025, the following described property in accordance with the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
