NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 24-CA-008102 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2021-1, Plaintiff, and MUHAMAD BARAZI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MUHAMAD BARAZI; MIROMAR OUTLET WEST, LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TRUIST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN
POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 23rd day of October, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, AND THE SOUTH 30.04 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 1, GLEN EDEN, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
