NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2025 in Case No. 25-CA-000784 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein LINDSFORD NASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and FELIX CONTRERAS ACOSTA, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on September 18, 2025. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, LINDSFORD, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2014000155591, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 3779 CROFTON COURT, FORT MYERS, FL 33916.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
