NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2023 and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale dated June 19, 2025 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2013-CC-009594-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE WAVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY PEIKER and YESENIA PEIKER are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 512 OF THE WAVE, A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14342, PAGE(S) 2366, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Property Address: 3315 58th Ave. S. Unit 512 St. Petersburg, FL 33712
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on August 14, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
