NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 04, 2025, and entered in 22-003901-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TRADITIONAL MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLES E. THOMPSON, DECEASED; CALMACETA MCNEISH; HERSHELL THOMPSON; GRACE THOMPSON; DOREEN THOMPSON; STEVEN LOWRY; STEVEN LOWRY, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHARLES E. THOMPSON, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE FEDERAL HOUSING COMMISSIONER are the Defendant(s).
