NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 7, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024CA002087000000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SD1, Plaintiff and BOBBIAN COOPER-REYES; JOSE REYES; HOLLY HILL ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE CLERK OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on March 24, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
