NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2025, entered in Case No. 2024-CA-002010, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein RESERVE AT AVIANA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and JORGE FLAVIO CABEZAS CAICEDO, et al., are the Defendants, Stacy Butterfield, Clerk of Court of Polk County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of June, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
