NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2018CA002487 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006 OPT4, Mortgage-Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT4, is Plaintiff and Patricia Cooley a/k/a Patricia G. Cooley a/k/a Patricia Giulia Cooley a/k/a Patricia Berardi; Kenneth K. Cooley a/k/a Kenneth Cooley; United States Of America, Department Of The Treasury - Internal Revenue Service; Pasco County, Florida, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of April, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
