NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-000899-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Saxon Asset Securities Trust 2007-3, Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and ADRIANA P. ACOSTA A/K/A ADRIANA ACOSTA; LUIS A. DEL RISCO A/K/A LUIS DEL RISCO; Michael H. Merino, P.A. are the Defendants, that Crystal Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of May, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 17, BLOCK 81, OF GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 97 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
