NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash on March 27, 2025, at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Customer Service Department - Multipurpose Room, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 220, MARCO BEACH UNIT SEVEN, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 55, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
