NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-1097 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th day of March, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 5, Building 43 of No. 3A, of the Glades Country Club Apartments Condominium, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 518 at pages 146 through 259, of the Public Records Collier County, Florida, and as subsequently amended.
Property Address: 200 Palm Drive No. 5, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
