REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
RFP# 25-01
9-HOLE GOLF COURSE RENOVATION
University Park Recreation District (the “District”) is seeking sealed proposals from licensed contractors interested in a 9-hole golf course renovation (re-grassing of fairways, tees, and fairway bunker rebuild) in accordance with the proposal documents (the “RFP”).
The Project Manual will be available for pick up on weekdays, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, beginning March 10, 2025, from the Administrative Office of the University Park Country Club A.K.A (UPCC), 7671 The Park Blvd., University Park, FL 34201. Please contact Curtis Nickerson, Director of Property and Facilities, University Park Country Club, at [email protected] regarding any questions about the project.
Proposal documents must be received by 2:00 p.m. on April 8, 2025, at the offices of University Park Country Club A.K.A (UPCC) 7671 The Park Blvd., University Park, FL 34201.
The proposals shall be submitted via electronic mail to Curtis Nickerson at [email protected] and clearly marked within the body of the email “Sealed Proposal for 9-hole course renovation (RFP #25-01).”
The proposals will be opened publicly at approximately 2:05 p.m. on April 8, 2025, at the offices of University Park Country Club A.K.A (UPCC), 7671 The Park Blvd., University Park, FL 34201, Florida. Proposers and/or representatives may be present at such opening.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, and to otherwise conduct this RFP in the manner it deems to be in the best interests of the Districts.
Prospective proposers, as well as any agents, representatives or persons acting at the request of such prospective proposers, shall be prohibited from discussing any matters related in any way to this RFP with any District board member, officer, agent, or employee, other than the contact person identified above.
