Request for Proposal (RFP) NSGP Anchin #R1263 Aviva Senior Living Anchin Pavilion 1959 N. Honore Avenue Sarasota, FL 34235
Aviva Senior Living is seeking proposals from qualified general contractors for a Federally funded grant to site prep, permit and install one exterior auto sliding door and one interior impact-auto sliding door systems at Anchin Pavilion as well the Installation of (9) bollards at the circular drive.
Scope of Work: Structural review, Permits and Inspections by others, demolition of one (1) entry areas, removal of debris, site prep of perimeter structural support for installation of ballistic rated auto sliding door systems (both interior and exterior), electrical work for fail secure locking with motion detection via access control keypads and scanners, back boxes and low voltage wiring inside auto door header, painting, patching and flooring work. Concrete work for installation of bollards at (1) site.
