Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2/27/2025, in Case No.: 2023-CA-013224 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOSHUA ALLEN LINSCHOTEN and COURTNEY D. LINSCHOTEN, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 3/28/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 9, Block 6, Map or Plat entitled “Cypress Creek Phase 2” As recorded in Plat Book 109, Page 282 through 304, Of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
