NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 24-CA-000061 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Laura G. Ross are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 1, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 44 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 2 OF THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 3 LESS THE NORTH 5 FEET OF THE EAST 6 FEET THEREOF AND THE EAST 6 FEET OF LOTS 19 AND 20, ALL IN BLOCK 1, ROANOKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH LOT 3, LESS THE SOUTH 56 FEET OF THE EAST 90 FEET AND LESS THE NORTH 5 FEET OF THE EAST 96 FEET, BLOCK 1, ROANOKE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
