Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-008056, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff, and DAPHNE D. TURNER; MICROF, LLC; THE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF THE PALMS, INC.; TOWNE ESTATES AT THE PALMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
