NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment, dated, February 4, 2025 this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the office of Victor Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk and Comptroller, shall sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:

of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of stated Section 6; thence North along the West boundary of said Section 6, a distance of 1536.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 58'00” E, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the East R/W line of Valrico Road and the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees 58'00” E, a distance of 1358.21 feet to the East boundary of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 6; thence North 00 degrees 15'55” E, a distance of 400.62 feet; thence S 89 degrees 58'00” W, a distance of 530.54 feet; thence South, a distance of 250.62 feet; thence S 89 degrees 58'00” W, a distance of 46.00 feet; thence South, 125.00 feet; thence S 89 degrees 58'00” W, a distance of 783.00 feet to the East R/W line of said Valrico Road; thence along said R/W line the following two (2) courses; 1.)
