Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment for Foreclosure filed the 18th day of February, 2025, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Case No.: 24-CC-001874 wherein MAASTRICHT ENGINEERING, INC. is the Plaintiff and SUNNYSIDE INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISES, LLC, is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on MARCH 20, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
