YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Cimarron Insurance Company, Inc. has instituted an Action for Declaratory Judgment against you in the Circuit Civil in and for Pinellas County and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and responses to Plaintiff's Complaint for Declaratory Action, if any, to it on McFARLANE LAW, whose address is 210 N. University Drive, 6th Floor, Coral Springs, Florida 33071, and file the original with the Clerk of Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756 on or before 30 Days after 1st publication, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Declaratory Judgment.
This notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer Newspaper.
