NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on February 20, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24-CA-002503 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JOEL LOPEZ, JR., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on March 20, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 868, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 310 SE 29TH TERRACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33904 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
