NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and an Agreed Order to Reschedule Sale dated February 21, 2025, entered in Case No.: 24-0016660-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JOHN DOE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SUSAN H. CALDWELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN H. CALDWELL, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST SUSAN H. CALDWELL, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, PINELLAS COUNTY, HOLLEY WADE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HOLLEY WADE, DEBORAH TYE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH TYE, MICHAELCALDWELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL CALDWELL, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 18, 2025, bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. (EST), on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
