NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment, dated February 5, 2025, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk and Comptroller, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
