Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Volusia County, Florida, described as:
A portion of Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 28, Township 24 South, Range 32 East, described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Lot 22, Tropical Mobile Home Village, as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 2, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, as a point of reference; thence North 88 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 202.65 feet; thence North 25 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 285.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 25 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 75 feet; thence North 63 degrees 22 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of 91.89 feet; thence South 19 degrees 29 minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 76.71 feet; thence South 67 degrees 43 minutes 43 seconds East a distance of 96.22 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with that certain 1994 MERI Mobile Home Vin Numbers FLHMLCP48411854A and FLHMLCP4841854B which is permanently affixed to the real property in accordance with Florida Statute 319.261.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an electronic sale at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on APRIL 16, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
