Lot 213, SQUIRE'S GROVE PHASE 2, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 183, Pages 1 through 5, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on, SHAYLA J.
