NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2023CA004260000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of James A. Simmons a/k/a James Allen Simmons, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on April 7, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 63, MAP OF DAVENPORT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
