Notice is hereby given that personal property in the following units will be sold at public auction pursuant to Florida Statute §83.806. The items to be sold as described as follows: All of the personal property stored in the 3 self-storage units of Richard Bitterman comprised of various items of personal property including a collection of bicycles, toolboxes, toys, household goods, furniture, other various items of personal property, and 12 vehicles described as follows: 1957 nomad engine block no transmission; Chevrolet pickup truck (circa 1966) with engine; Frank steins T-bucket with Cadillac engine and truck chassis; International Patrol with engine (circa 1940s); Honda intruder motorcycle; 1932 roadster with engine and registration; 1970s utility Chevrolet truck; GMC truck (circa 1960); Station Wagon (yellow, circa 1950); Chrysler 2 door (circa 1930); Ford 2 door (1946); and Honda CBR (circa 1990).
The public auction shall be held on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 10:00 am (E.S.T.) at 402 Burns Lane, Winter Haven, Florida 33884, at Auction or other disposition.
