Final Judgment was awarded on February 25, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 000208, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006 OPT4, MORTGAGE-PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT4 is the Plaintiff, and AZALEE P. JOHNSON A/K/A AZALEE JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AZALEE P. JOHNSON A/K/A AZALEE JOHNSON; SABLE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 24, SABLE RIDGE, PHASE 3B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
