NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2023-CA-003235-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, KEYBANK, NA, Plaintiff, and, GARRY N. SAVAGE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at in the lobby on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on April 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 407, MARINA BAY CLUB OF NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1619, PAGE 1422, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
