NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered December 5, 2025, and the Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered March 3, 2025, and entered in Case Number: 412024CA000082CAAXMA of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK, formerly known as BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY MILLER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY MILLER NKA ELIZABETH MILLER, are the Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 4th day of June, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
