Lot 2, Block E, Lakewood Unit No. 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 22, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of undivided Block “E”, of Lakewood Unit 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 22, Public Records of Collier County, Florida; thence along the East line of said Block “E”, South 1 degree 32' 28” East 55.33 feet; thence South 88 degrees 27' 32” West, 25.00 feet for the Place of Beginning of Villa Lot 2 herein described; thence South 1 degree 32' 28” East 16.33 feet; thence South 88 degrees 27' 32” West 23.33 feet; thence South 1 degree 32' 28” East 22.00 feet; thence South 88 degrees 27' 32” West 39.58 feet; thence North 1 degree 32' 28” West 38.33 feet; thence North 88 degrees 27' 32” East 62.91 feet to the Place of Beginning; being a part of undivided Block “E”, of Lakewood Unit No. 2 (Plat Book 12, Page 22), Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on J. Todd Murrell, Esq. the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is The Murrell Law Firm, P.A., 5415 Jaeger Road, Suite B, Naples, Florida 34109, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
