NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-011504 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST BETTY HUGHES A/K/A BETTY R. HUGHES A/K/A BETTY S. HUGHES,
DECEASED; BETTY HUGHES; ROBERT C. HUGHES A/K/A ROBERT HUGHES, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY HUGHES, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES
CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CBA INV INC., AN INACTIVE CORP.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNIVERSITY PLACE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of April, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
