NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 6, 2024 and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated January 29, 2025, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 2nd day of April, 2025, at 11:00 am to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the following described property:
