NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 23, 2025, and entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-000912 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of WA Mu Asset-Backed Certificates WA Mu Series 2007-HE2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Pablo Flores, Vielka Jean, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Donnie Arejula, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Room 102, Naples, FL 34112,, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the May 1, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
