NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 003268 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which DLC MORTGAGES III, LLC, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST
BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NORMA LAPOINTE, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Sarasota County, Florida on April 7, 2025 at 9:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
