NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 20th day of February 2025, in Case No. 2024-CA-001414 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANNIE LOIS GIBBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNIE LOIS GIBBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENOL JEAN POJX A/K/A KENOL JEAN POIX; JOSHUA C. COUNCIL; ISAIAH DUNBAR; TIMOTHY DUNBAR; THEODORE GIBBS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of April 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
