NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-016042 SC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association As Trustee For Ellington Loan Acquisition Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Debra Licata, Nokomis East Association, Inc., Salvatore Licata, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the April 8, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
